Good Nutrition Center collects information through our web site at several points. We collect the following information about customers:

This information is transmitted to ITV Ventures™ and the the credit card
information is then immediately removed from our system.
We collect this information through our shopping cart. The
information is collected voluntarily. To receive our products and services,
the information we collect is mandatory to process orders.
Good Nutrition Center does not actively market to children,
and we never knowingly ask a child under 13 to divulge personal information.
We do employ cookies. A cookie is a small text file that our
Web server places on a user’s computer hard drive to be a unique identifier.
Cookies enable Good Nutrition Center to deliver customized content to users.
Our cookies do not have an expiration date. Our cookies do collect personally
identifiable information. We collect name and address information so that
the customer will not have to re-enter it the next time they purchase. This
is only done at the customer's request though.

The information collected by Good Nutrition Center will be
used for processing orders and providing customer service. Users who provide
information will receive occasional email updates from Good Nutrition Center.
Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not

The information we collect will not be used to create customer
profiles based on browsing or purchasing history. We will not supplement
information collected at our web site with data from other sources.

This third party will use the information as follows: to process orders.

Good Nutrition Center maintains the accuracy of our information
by allowing users to verify and update it. Users may access their own personal
information and rectify inaccuracies they may find by logging into their
customer account at ITV Ventures™ and editing their details. Users may delete
their information from our database by contacting us via email. Information
will be deleted within 5 days.

If problems arise, users may contact Good Nutrition Center
by email or postal mail. We are committed to resolving disputes within one
week.
